Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made, unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos showing the issue. Once approved, a refund or replacement will be arranged.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

 

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Items must be in the same condition as received

 

Once your return is approved, instructions will be provided on how to proceed.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange. These include opened or used products.


Shipping Costs

 

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


Processing of Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund (if applicable). Approved exchanges will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
